Niki Drescher will compete for the title of Pennsylvania's Distinguished Young Woman at the state program in Johnstown, PA on August 7, 2010.  

This is a bit confusing. Niki will be known locally as York County's Junior Miss until the 2011-2012 program in May, 2011.  However, should she win in Johnstown, she will be known as Pennsylvania's first Distinguished Young Woman.  At our May 2011 program, our new winner will be named York County's Distinguished Young Woman.
